Description !
The Etchlike product is a trade-secret and is protected by
a confidentiality agreement between each exclusive dealer and ETCHLIKE, Inc.
The product is a catalytic Polymer Coating consisting of two-components that provide
the look and feel of real etching, yet can be removed if desired.
Etchlike Advantages ?

Non-invasive to the glass surface and can be REMOVED, leaving
the glass surface in the original condition.

Our process can be applied to tempered glass without compromising
the glass strength or warranty, which eliminates any concern pertaining to code
violations for tempered glass.

Our translucent polymer compound dries to a Mat Etch-Like finish,
which is extremely hard and can be used for either interior or exterior applications.
It is chemical and water resistant, will not fade, peel, crack, blister or scratch
due to normal wear. All applications carry a limited lifetime warranty.

The process is applied on site to existing surfaces by authorized,
trained installers without the slightest danger to adjacent decor.
Real Look and Feel of Etching ?
The Polymer Coating is applied with a special applicator over
a custom designed template. It is applied to a dry thickness of 1.0 - 1.2
mils which produces both a frosted translucent look and a depth shadow.
It is dry to the touch in less than an hour and totally "cures" in 3
days. The final product has the look and feel of real etched glass but can
be removed at any time upon request. The care and maintenance of our product
is easy, any commercial glass cleaner and paper towels can be used as often as
necessary.
Etchlike Uses ?
The uses for this product has an unlimited range of applications
for standard glass, tempered glass, mirrors, plastic and ceramic surfaces in either
commercial or residential environments.
Design Preparation ?
Artful Etching has a Design Catalog with a variety of over 500
designs and access to an ART Department for customer provided custom designs.
In addition, we can utilize existing artwork or camera ready logos to produce
a product that meets your expectations. Almost any concept can be converted
into a workable design. All designs are proportioned to a specific glass
area to suite your needs. The only design limitation is our clients' imagination.
